Episode help! Expert needed

I am trying to find an episode, all I know is it's from TNG and involves time travel.

I want to find it because of a quote at the beginning of the episode where Picard says:
"I don't know how, I don't know why, but I seem to be travelling backwards and forwards through time.."

Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like all good things - the series finale - could be wrong though.

You're not wrong. it is All Good Things, the TNG final episode.

That was the big "Oooh, scary!" bit before you go to the opening titles.
