Come to think of it, Kung Fu had a 3-episode finale. Caine finds his long-lost half-brother, helps him solve his problems, and the last episode ends with Caine saying a farewell to his brother (and to us, and saying his quest must continue). Unfortunately, the DVD set then has three more episodes on it that were filmed earlier. :/

At least TOS spared us the agony of living through a made-for-tv reunion show, like The Wild, Wild West, The Brady Bunch and Gilligan's Island did. Oh, the horror!

Agree. We were very lucky that the reunions were first TAS and then TMP followed by WOK.
