Episode 6 Amazon prime Uk

Hi, is anyone else having problems getting episode 6 on Amazon prime in the U.K. I’ve bought the entire 4th season but only episodes 1-5 are showing. I could buy episode 6 on Apple TV in the U.K. however I’ve already paid £19.99 for the whole season (as they’re released) on Amazon. So don’t want to now buy them again on Apple TV. Many thanks

I did not know that was an option! I thought Pluto was the only way in the UK. Cool.

Someone on Twitter posted a response from Amazon saying they haven't received the episode from the supplier due to international rights issues. Take with a large dose of salt - the way Amazon have been responding in the Twitter thread has resembled a scramble for appeasement, and the episode already aired on Pluto and is on iTunes so the excuse doesn't add up. More likely Amazon messed up and are trying to cover their posteriors.

Looks like you can get a full refund?

Amazon really struggling in the last month or so with multiple severe outages. They need to up their game.

My Alexa app wouldn't connect to any of my security cameras for over two weeks after the outage on December 10th.
I thought at first it was my oldest cam screwing things up, so I got a new one.
But it wasn't until I contacted Amazon on the phone that I found out it was Them.

I just got everything reconnected and working again this morning.

Amazon screws up, so customers spend more money with them

Maybe I should keep those shares...
Welcome to the retail customer's attitude at it's finest. I only laugh to keep from rolling my eyes when customers would bitch about a price or something else at a store and then immediately come back and spend more money.

I got my new camera from the company itself, not Amazon and they gave me 50% off as well as free shipping.
They even sent me a label to ship the old cam back so they could test it.

Obviously, I had a very good warranty. :techman:

Over on Reddit, someone says they've been told Amazon isn't getting episode 6 onwards:

Has anyone else been told this? I was buying episodes individually, until I saw that they were offering a season pass, which I then got (discounted by the cost of the episodes I'd already purchased)...only to have no more episodes!
If that's the case, it's not really a season pass and you're entitled to a refund.

I've been told its a "technical issue" and will be resolved soon
They then said it would be up in 48 hours. I asked if it wasn't up in 48 hours would I be entitled to a full refund.

Their response was to immediately offer me an "exceptional" refund, this seems very weird if it is going to be resolved in 2 days and I'd just said I was happy to wait. To offer a customer a refund that they wouldn't want if the problem was going to be solved.

Anyway I got the refund and am now going to go spend it on Apple TV, off to watch now.

Sounds pretty standard for the industry nowadays.
