I just wanted to let everyone know - incase they didn't already - that Sci-Fi will be airing an Enterprise marathon this Friday in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. Here is the lineup:

08:00a - Cogenitor
09:00a - The Xindi
10:00a - Twilight
11:00a - Azati Prime
12:00p - Borderland
01:00p - Cold Station 12
02:00p - The Augments
03:00p - The Forge
04:00p - Awakening
05:00p - Kir'Shara
06:00p - Affliction
07:00p - Divergence
08:00p - In a Mirror, Darkly
09:00p - In a Mirror, Darkly (Includes Deleted Scenes)
10:30p - Babel One
11:30p - United
12:30p - The Aenar

I thought IAMD part 2, in this schedule, included BSG mini episodes, not actual deleted scenes from Enterprise.

You're right and I apologize. I misread the press release (too many people at my house today).

Sorry

Anybody else think it's a litle wierd to go straight from Azati Prime to Borderland? They should ditch The Xindi and at least put in Damage. Otherwise we go from Archer in custody, Enterprise being bombed back to the stone age, to All of them back on earth and Enterprise all repaired.

Sounds, like a great idea to me.

This marathon is tremendously fortuitous; my ENT-loving father invited himself over for the holiday weekend, and we were quickly running out of things to talk about. Mirabile visu, he's now transfixed in front of my screen. "I love the theme song!" he says.

He sounds like a wise old man.

Of course, nobody's perfect...

<Checks to make sure it's still on my iPod.>

well...I am also one of the few fans who likes the Enterprise theme song....I think it fits the show perfectly...

I really have to admit....I watched the first couple of episodes when this show first aired, and I thought it blew chunks (making sure I put an object after blew as per the request of someone in another thread), so I ignored it while it was on the air. However, after watching the season 4 episodes on the marathon tonight, this show is great. That does seem to be the curse of Star Trek, once the episodes start getting really good, the show gets cancelled...maybe I should get on that petition drive, but maybe we should be asking Sci-Fi to produce new ones...if the money is there Paramount will go along with it.

ENT is the only Trek show that this has happened to.

Sadly, you're deluding yourself. This will never happen.

It really was that bad at first. Season 3 started to show some improvement, and season 4 revamped the premise to be more fan-centric and less "accessible". Which resulted in a massive improvement.

You folks don't normally see me in this forum. But I have to say I absolutely love In a Mirror, Darkly. Not necessarily for the story but for using the 1701 and original uniforms along with the sights and sounds.

I would love to have seen another series set in the time of Kirk but perhaps another ship. Seeing this episode tonight really picks me up to no end.

^ I agree. I watched most of the marathon today but this is the one I was most looking forward to.

I dunno...TNG ended on a fantastic season and I would have been much happier had they continued the series rather than make movies. Voyager had finally captured my fantasy...I think Janeway had finally come into her own as captain...and it got cancelled. The only one I don't lament is DS9, but that's only because they turned it into a soap opera.

I wouldn't be so sure about that either. Sci-Fi had a lot to do with BBC bringing back Doctor Who.

In a perfect world, Enterprise would come back for seasons 5-7, but it isn't a perfect world now is it?

From your lips to the bigwigs' ears. This marathon has definitely brought back the love. I hope the ratings are higher than Sci-Fi's current Friday night shows. Never know what might happen.

It wasn't ENT-1701... It's the Defiant... the ship that vanished in "The Tholian Web" which makes it so cool because it explains where the The Defiant went. :bolian:
