I liked Trip/T'Pol as a couple (too bad the show screwed that up) but I also appreciated the Archer/T'Pol friendship, which developed so well over time. I don't think either of their moral codes would have allowed them to pursue anything more under the circumstances, but I liked the little bits of UST dropped in here and there, sort of a "what if" vibe. And getting glimpses at an alternate universe, like "Twilight," or even Archer's dreams in "A Night in Sickbay," was a hint of what could have been, had the circumstances been different. Just as we got a glimpse in "Twilight" of the tragic figure Trip became without T'Pol's friendship/affection -- consumed by the anger and vengeance we saw in him at the beginning of Season 3.

Miss Lemon, there are other Archer/T'Pol shippers here, but less than there used to be when the show was on. But as Alienesse indicated, you're not alone.

On a more serious note, I think you hit the nail on the head when you mentioned the development in their friendship. It was gradually and believably done, whereas the romance between Trip and T’Pol felt contrived to me. One of the few times I could see it happen was in Breaking the Ice.
