However this contest won't be to celebrate the quality animated characters of the Disney animation studio but instead the awful products of made for TV limited animation from the late 20th and early 21st centuries. You know cheaply produced crap from Hannah Barbera like The Smurfs and worse schlock from lower tiered production companies like Star Trek The Animated Series.
