Well, I haven't heard from my co-winner, so I guess I'll get this thread up and going. First, thanks to JiNX for letting me bounce some ideas off her.

This week's contest is "Hats Off to You!" Any character from TV, movies, books with a hat, crown, helmet or headgear of some sort. NO SCI FI or FANTASY. So, Carmen Miranda, yes. Darth Vader? No.
