Well, I'd say it'd be up to Joe, since its based on his entry. Perhaps giving them co-credit for it would be fair?

I have no talent for this at all. In fact almost all my avatars are donated to me by accomplished artists who are embarrassed by what I would be wearing if left to my own devices. That said, this just seems to be crying out to me to be entered in the Random Theme catagory:

I've found another site with a decent selection of TOS screencaps in a good quality. Here, they have their sitename on the screencaps in the lower right corner though.
