This week we want to try something new. There'll only be one category instead of three. I am eager to know if this could increase the number of entrants. Not that I'm in any way dissatisfied with our little contest here. I'm just curious to find out if one category will change something.

However, the new theme is [highlight]FX[/highlight]. I'd like to see classic matte backdrops, phaser beams, starships or even the moiré pattern on the communicators and science station. The source can be etiher TOS or the movies.

Your entry shouldn't be larger than 140x140px and/or 70kb and is accepted until Friday evening (CET) when I come around to do the voting thread.

Including the TOS movies or just the series (I presume since TAS is not subject to needing SPFX it doesn't count?

^ Yeah, you're right, I forgot about that. The TOS movies are allowed, too. I'll add that to the first post.
