There's another idea that someone could use. There's one scene in Sherlock's Smarter Brother in which the character played by Marty Feldman has a really bug-eyed moment that has creeped me out quite a bit the first time I saw it. Creepy eyes. I never saw the whole movie because I could never get past that point.
