Anything that you deem bad or stupid in the realm of science fiction and fantasy. It can be broad like a just plain bad movie from start to finish (Batman & Robin, Highlander 2), a horrible piece of casting (Shaquille O'Neal as Steel), someone who has no business directing a sci fi and fantasy movie (Uwe Boll, Brett Ratner), Alien vs. Predator being PG-13, the repetitive freak of the week formula and teenage angst on Smallville, the attempt at humor in Star Trek: Insurrection, or whatever else you can think of. It can even be something bad or distracting in a good movie (Christian Bale's Batman voice, the way Cyclops was marginalized in X2). Basically, anything that was poorly done or stuck out like a sore thumb, subject to your own personal opinion, of course.
