But that's not actually from the television show, it's just a telescope inspired by the TARDIS. It's Saga's call, but I don't see why that shouldn't be OK. I've always taken the no media restriction to simply mean no images lifted directly from television or movies. But if you had a picture of a child wearing Mickey Mouse ears, for instance, that's fine, even though that's inspired by media like the TARDIS-scope is.

It's cropped and resized from a somewhat larger beautiful image. When ever I find something really beautiful liek that, I save it. Some lucky bastard probably lives there and gets to see it every day.
