I love how Weyoun acts when he's "off-duty". So many of Trek's ambassadors and diplomats act stuck-up and strangely undiplomatic, so it's refreshing to see Weyoun's approach - he's so cheery. The fact that his whole manner is utterly fake just makes it even better, and the cherry on top is that he doesn't care that he's being fake. He doesn't actually care in the slightest what others think of him and whether they see through him or not. He's like an insincere Ned Flanders. It's fantastic.
