Based on the melding of all 11 previous faces and a little help from Simon Baker's neck and hair.
I post this, rather than a picture of one of my picks (Julian Wadham is my current fave) because I'd always rather an unfamiliar face take on a role like this. I want to see The Doctor, first and foremost, and not the actor or their other familiar characters.

Obviously, your choice, but the length isn't even used very well. I took the liberty of editing the picture a bit to make it 150 pixels wide, The Borgified Corpse may feel free to use it.
