I think I would like him to be a darker Doctor, maybe like McCoy at his worst moments. Keep him away from being like Bashir (nice guy) and see if he can pull it off.

Yeah, I see him as a more thoughtful, less chatty and less physical Doctor as a contrast to Tennant and Smith.

Also, the background is a fanart redesign of the Tardis intirior, I chose it because it looked dark and mysterious.

I think he was pretty good as his "less than nice" character in the last Series of Primeval

Back on Siddig, and not to turn this thread into a discussion thread, but I'd even have him wear the beard. As far as I know, none of the former Doctors ever wore a beard before, and it looks good on him. Also might be fitting a darker Doctor.

Well I shall resist the habit of a lifetime and not suggest Paterson Joseph on this occasion I will however set the cat amongst the pigeons by suggesting his fellow Numberwang contestant (and shockingly a woman) Olivia Colman

He's in Luthor which is where the picture is from.

Meh, to me I'd have a feeling that he'd be a more Eccleston like doctor. In Luthor, he's pretty dark, not very humorous. I think he'd work well as the dark doctor, not because of his skin colour (a coincidence), but because that's how he'd play it. I'd even just leave him in these clothes, the clothes he wears in Luthor. Is perfect for his Doctor.
