ENTER | Cartoon Shows of the 1980's

My favorites were (in exact order):

  1. Robotech
  2. Bionic Six
  3. Voltron (both Lion and Vehicle teams)
  4. The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers
  5. Spiral Zone
  6. M.A.S.K.
  7. Flash Gordon
  8. Duck Tales
  9. Godzilla
  10. Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs
  11. Spider-man and His Amazing Friends
  12. Smurfs
  13. Thundarr the Barbarian
  14. Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids (it started in the '70s but continued into the '80s)
  15. Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors (only because I got the toys one Christmas, I admit)
Robotech was undeniably a game-changer for me as I never saw cartoons quite the same way since. My memories of Spiral Zone are kinda hazy these days. but I remember it being kind of heavy (or dark) for a kid's cartoon. G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Transformers, and He-Man & The Masters of the Universe were also shows I initially watched religiously as a kid, but I started to like them less and less as I grew older and I'm not that nostalgic about them these days.
