I'll go with a Coalition medley...

I've recently been dabbling with animated gifs with this neat site - http://picasion.com/. You have remember to 'save as' to your own computer (and transfer to someplace that hosts images) when you're done. Trial and error, getting it down to just 70kb can cause some frustration.

^Personally I prefer uLead GIF animator. It's pretty easy to use, and it allows you to drastically lower the filesize by using lesss colours.
