Right, after watching Full Circle again this weekend, I've decided on a location based theme for this contest

Can be the Doctor, companions, Villains or even vehicles, but they must be on or near a body of water (preferably in shot)

Hopefully that's fairly clear

Should have entered my choices earlier

I had ones for Bad Wolf Bay, dalek coming out of the Thames but beaten too it on both, so now can't decide between a new series one
The Doctor and Rose on New Earth

and

K-9s on Brighton beach from the original series
