It pains me to do this, but it's this one.
If two or more disagree, I'll be cool with the switch... but to explain my reasoning:
The Ceti Alpha V moment is a great & emotional one, but not necessarily a pretty picture that fits this theme. It's just an ugly human shanty town under an ordinary sky. The NX-01 over a crescent planet, with no light source but itself, is nice and simple, just more suited to space scene or in-orbit contest, I expect.
