Emmy nominees 2008: Finalists revealed

I always ended up catching the last two or three minutes of Grey's Anatomy before Lost. It felt like two or three hours. Just a bunch of annoying bastards forever whining about their lives and manufactured problems. Is it wrong for me to hope they do a storyline where the medical staff is taken over the characters are tied up and executed gangland style?

That's what I feel about BSG.

May as well revive this thread for the lastest Emmy news...

Alec Baldwin, 30 Rock
Steve Carell, The Office

Well, it's nice to see Dexter getting a fair number of nominations. The second season just started here last Sunday... and I really enjoyed the season premiere. :)

Chi McBride and "Weeds" wasn't nominated? :cardie: I don't know if I should punch a wall or just cry. I am especially upset about Chi. His smart mouth and perfect comic delivery is one of things I absolutely love about "PD".

But since I am late to the party, I hope "Pushing Daisies" and "Dexter" wins for best shows. Then I hope Jake Weber (who turned in some fantastic work this season), Lee Pace, Kristin Chenoweth (or Elizabeth Perkins) and Neil Patrick Harris snag a win.

I am curious to see who is on the list for the other categories. I am hoping Mary McDonnell is at least given a node.
