Electromagnetic gravity.

As long as all the magnets are either negativly or positivly charged, they wont attract each other - will they?

Nope, it's even worse, they will repel each other. Nevermind the fact that except for the theoretical monopoles mentioned above, magnets cannot be just positive or negative. One end of a magnet is positive and the opposite end is negative. That's just how they work.
 
I have an idea for artificial gravity and it JUST this minute came to me whilst reading this thread. Anyone wanna hear it? I don't want to be laughed at though for my idea. ;)

The idea is this:

The sealing of the inside of the craft (or perhaps just a small section) will be covered in vents and the bottom of the craft that the crew walk on will be also vents but covered by grilled flooring to allow you to walk on it.

The air in the craft will be circled through this ventilation system and the air will be blasted out of the vents through the sealing towards the floor and will be sucked in by vents on the floor and re-circled.

Anybody walking through this section of the ship will be forced towards the "ground" and will have to use their leg muscles to stand upright. The air being blasted could be made to mimic the force of Earths gravity.

This section of the ship could be used as a gym or work out area where they get to walk around using the muscles of their body.

PLEASE! Don't shoot me for my idea!! :(

You are thinking about a kind of wind-tunnel that pulls downwards? Sounds windy, and there are better solutions for gravity gym available. Have you seen a motorcyclist go full circle inside a well? The speed sticks him to the track, so that he can go round and round and round. In weigtlessness where nothing is pulling you down, you can do the same with a bike (that has to stick to a track in the wall offcourse) so that when you ride round and round and round in the track-circle (that can now be a horisontal) you make your own gravity. Since you are riding around, looking foreward, and perhaps have som strips or lights or something in the room that shows that you are moving, you wont get seasick, and can then enjoy one G if you are in okay shape, or two, maybe three G if you are in good shape. NASA have experimented with this, and found out that ordinary not-so-sporty people can create a sideway-G this way (with one normal earth-G downpull as well). For such a gym, Im sure other kinds of things then bikes can be installed in the track to allow you to create the foreward, round and round pull - perhaps a rowingmachine for arm-training. Or one can have two tracks, one with a rowing machine, and one with a bike,

Just use the byproduct of binary fission- the polar magnetic particles, when directed through a .6 gigawatt hyper-accelerator, produces a small gravimetric field (.80 to 25 meters) that can produce the necessary effects of gravity, but an electron stabilizing field is necessary lest you kill your crew by slowly dis-associating them; a simple series of floor installed, low power (think shuttle docker) magnets would suffice.

What does a fission-powerplant do? Never heard of it.

Not quite; it tends to skew in uneven tangents, hence the danger to electrons in higher orbits. Orbital homeostasis can be achieved with the magnets in proper placement at 3-4 meter spacing.
