Effects of Enterprise being dropped from SciFi?

I'm just wondering, with SciFi dropping Enterprise and HDNet having to pull it while a contract is worked out...

Will fewer new members be joining the Enterprise section of the TrekBBS forum?

Will the cast take a financial hit without airtime to generate royalties?

Will Spike pick up Enterprise like so many other ST shows. (Does CSB own Spike?)

Will it be even harder to get Creationent.com to develop an Enterprise section of their marketplace? It is the only series that does not show up as a directory selection in the shop.

Will my fantasies of TPol and Hoshi be replaced by Xena and Gabrielle? :alienblush:

Well we don't know if officially dropped; right now its not running on Tuesdays but like someone pointed out; Scifi's schedule changes daily. And plus they are running a long marathon on August 29th about 15 hrs so not given up on Enterprise completely.

Hard to say if Spike will pick up enterprise.

I think Creation keeps all their stuff for Star Trek together as one marketplace and not seperate them.

Not sure about your final question can't help you there :)

I have no info, but just because the Tuesday block ends this month, doesn't mean they are jettisoning the show. The Mon night ratings were solid, so I'd bet that it will take on the SG-1 weekday timeslot in September, or perhaps the Atlantis reruns will get a rest for awhile. SGA has surprised me-they've managed to stay on the schedule, despite only running seasons 1 and 2- 40 episodes. Sci Fi can't show S3 repeats because S3 is in weekend syndication.
Regardless, I don't see ENT leaving the network. More monthly daytime marathons will probably be added.

I am disappointed that it won't be on for a while... I hope that they throw in a daily airing (maybe right after X-Files or SG-1)

the only way i can see it leaving is if they lost the rights to it.

the other possibility is it will be offered to stations for syndication when the they
are finished with the remastered star trek interestingly enough august 2008
tv squad

remember when enterprise first went into syndication the entire series didnt air.
it was the fourth season and a scattering of other episodes.

there may be an agreement in place that once the remastered star trek ended the stations get a chance to air the rest of the series.

all just speculation but the dates are interesting.

If you go to Creationent.com and click on the StarTrek store, and then go to "Photos" you get a breakdown of each series, except Enterprise. :(

I always wondered about that you can never find photos of the cast of Enterprise there just when they have autos on them; I look for that to.
