Ed Norton would like his Hulk to be Avengers foil/baddie

I'm just glad Norton is open to returning, after that whole credit/non-credit writer's debacle on The Incredible Hulk.

How would that affect his feelings towards the studio? Wouldn't he have been pissed at the WGA instead of the studio execs?

Well that and Marvel chopped the film to bits. Norton was very unhappy about that. His desired cut was about 40 minutes longer than what we got.

The Hulk wasn't the baddie in Avengers one. The Avengers where picking on him because Loki misrepresented what the Hulk was into, and besides the personality of the Hulk in the beginning was more akin to Archie Bunker than an idiot child or a brainless monster.

Because if the Thor movie is any good then, we'll want Loki involved somehow even if it turns out to be a lethal legion or masters of evil hodgepodge bring together all the villains form all the movies.

The new Hulk Movie was complete ass.

I didn't really care for the Norton Hulk so I am not sure yet how I feel about him being the baddie. Too bad the movie won't come about for a few years though as the idea of Hulk being too much of a danger and the heroes having to get rid of him was just recently so prominent even if it was in the regular MU, and still on people's minds. Didn't know there was so much missing from Norton's version, is there a director's cut available or going to be?

Lumbering around screaming Hulk or... Planet Hulk?

If only marvel could tap the FF to cameo.

Richards and Stark through Bruce off world.

Marvelous.

I'd like to see a smart Hulk on screen.

And after how they treated him, why wouldn't he feel inclined to prefer new management?

You could replace the Loki angle with Ross trumping up the charges. William Hurt's version seems capable of just about anything to get what he wants. They track the Hulk down the Hulk, they end up getting Banner's side and he reluctantly joins the team. Kinda like they're probably have to send whoever they can to reluctantly get Ed on board.

I'd like kind of a back-and-forth thing on The Hulk being a bad guy, then maybe coming around to help them at the end, or turning bad halfway through and staying bad (although that may not be satisfying to some people).
