E-Book Pricing Alerts

I wonder if there's a reason Forgotten History is the only DTI story that isn't on sale?

"Shield of the Gods" is also ninety-nine cents.
Thanks for the heads up, missed that one. Guessing the DTI books are Septembers 99 cent sale books, even though the startrekbooks.com site is redirecting to an error page for the sale this month.

I wonder if there's a reason Forgotten History is the only DTI story that isn't on sale?
Likely because it recently went on sale! I hope everyone was able to pick it up already. (I'm still sad I missed out on the first couple of sales back in the day...)

Looks like Amazon have extended their 99p sale on Kindle as they are now a load of other books at that price which weren't there first time round.

Mostly TNG, Voyager and DS9 numbered books as well as quite a few more SCE novellas but also some non fiction like Warped and most surprisingly Voyages Of Imagination.

As of today 9/10 on the US side of things there is:

For .99 cents:
Crisis of Consciousness (Star Trek: The Original Series)
Ascendance (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine)
The Long Mirage (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine)

$1.99
Becoming Human: The Seven of Nine Saga: Script Book #2 (Star Trek)
A Field Guide to the Aliens of Star Trek: The Next Generation

In the UK it seems there were a lot better books on sale like ships of the line. Etc.

For some reason we missed out this time. But it seems like there is a lot repeat books going on sale.

Most of UK ones in the first batch I posted on the list were on sale here so I doubted those books would be repeated.

Still no sign of anything for September 2018 on the Star Trek ebooks site or the web page even.

I dont understand the lack of an ebook for ST TOS 365 makes no sense.

Voyages of the Imagination is a mess of an EBOOK good for an outdated reference. But the mixing up of pictures and info is sad.
But only worth it for .99 p or .99 cents.

Just FYI.
All the best.

September's sale page link:

http://www.startrekbooks.com/c/ebookpromoSept2018

For those astute, the months spelling has changed for the link.
I'm hoping for more great sales.
For past sake you can find all the old links to old sales going back to 2016.
Let's hope that the sales are more diverse and put more older or rarer titles on sale.
Just great times. Great opportunities.

I just wish string theory and the early Voyager relaunch books could show up in a sale. I really want to read string theory again, but not at fifteen quid for the three.

I'd like to see some of the early TNG novels go on sale for ninety-nine cents. I have a tough time paying eight bucks for a digital edition, when I can go to Half-Priced Books and pick up good copies for $3.

These went on sale sometime last year so doubt they'll come around again. I'm mad at myself for not getting them cause they're uber expensive now.

There's a ton more 99p books on amazon uk (well over 20). Dunno why they're discounting so many but I'm not complaining.

Some more Star Trek ebooks on sale as of 9/25/2018:

Takedown (Star Trek: The Next Generation)
by John Jackson Miller (Author) $5.49

Fallen Gods (Star Trek: Titan Book 7)
by Michael A. Martin (Author) $4.99 (this is not a typo)

The Assassination Game (Starfleet Academy Book 4) $3.99

The Gemini Agent (Star Trek: Starfleet Academy Book 3) $4.49

Book 7: Breakdowns (Star Trek: Starfleet Corps of Engineers) Kindle Edition $1.99

Star Trek: Titan #4: Sword of Damocles (Star Trek-Titan) IS STILL $15.99. Why? Who the hell knows? :)

Apparently David Mack wanted REVENGE for having the Destiny series on sale last month for $.99 cents by RAISING the price of the last Titan novel $2 more after a few months. Inexplicably. Kidding. I'm sorry but Im glad I bought the ebook at 6.99 in November.

To all my friends in the UK, you might want to keep a closer keen eye on your ebook prices. I may be wrong but the prices seem to be jumping higher there lately.

All the best.

New 99 cent deals are the Khan series of books.

It looks like I had already got all four of those as part earlier sales.

The three installments of NF: The Returned all appear to be $0.99 too. Or has that been their regular price lately?

Hello all,

I know this is a price alerts thread but I wanted to give everyone a heads up. If you are interested in any new or recent StarTrek novel from lets say 2013 to 2017, the prices are increasing from $6.99 to 7.49 possibly even higher.

I firmly believe the $6.99 star trek ebook is shortly going to be PERMANENTLY EXTINCT FOR GOOD.

I just wanted to let everyone know. I think its sad considering Del Rey has newer Star Wars ebooks for $14.99 yet older ebooks are $7.99.

I hope this helps.
Many thanks to all,
Koric

P.S. David Mack's latest Titan novel jumped from $6.99 to $9.99 in less than one year. Sadly.

Thanks for the heads up on the price increase! I've been mostly sticking to the 99 cent sales, every once in a while going up to the 1.99 and 2.99 range, and in the past two or three years I've been doing it I have built a nice backlog of books to read. I am hoping they keep the 99 cent monthly sales going.
