Looks like a cool issue for sure. We tend to be 2 issues behind over here. I'm currently on DWM 398 and 399 should be out early next month.

You mean on the cover?

If so, that's intentional; he starts off reading the magazine as normal, but then looks towards the camera a little more in each photo.

Depends where you get it. I got 399 two weeks ago. Comic shops always have DWM well before Chapters and other stores.

That's where I get it. And Torchwood Magazine, too. I'm not sure they always have copies beyond the ones they special order for customers, though.
