DW returns Aug 27: Zap2It.com

Looks brilliant. Surely they missed a trick on that monitor though - they had the date of death as 23/04/2011 - which I think was when TIA aired? - but the time is 5.02, when it would have actually aired the death scene around 6.02.

I wasn't expecting the
Weeping Angels
in this series.

Superb fan tease at the end as well - "Haven't you figured that out yet?" :lol:

1) YAY! That was quick, nice to see Space still has their head in the game.

2) However, Labour Day is the next week, and Space usually does marathons all weekend when a long weekend rolls around. Possibly nothing to worry about, they interrupted their Victoria Day weekend marathon to show Doctor Who, and they're going to interrupt their upcoming Civic Holiday weekend marathon to show Torchwood. But still, a concern all the same.

3) I notice that promo image has an Egyptian pyramid in it.
The trailer has a shot of River wearing an eyepatch similar to Eyepatch Lady's standing in front of an Egyptian sarcophagus.
Obviously Egypt has an important role in the second half.

About your spoiler, I thought from the AGMGTW trailer that one shot looked like her w/the eyepatch.

The Doctor in that image looks like he found one of Jack's coats.

No, they're stuck in Britain. Like the other British networks. Unless someone can get ITV, Channel Four, 5 and all the rest together and force them to get together and agree to change the way UK-TV does things, can we have a stop to people grumbling about it?

PS: I don't think thew Doctor's worried about his impending death: he's worked it out, and knows hwo ti won't work out the way Madame Kevorkian plans. Hence the 'Haven't you worked it out yet?'

In that rest-of-the-season trailer, anybody think the close-up of that individual around 0:13 has a very Face of Boe look? Probably isn't him, but that's who I thought of when I saw that shot.

Well it would have aired at 18:02 BST, or 17:02 GMT

The Face of Boe's eye (or maybe another Boekind)

spoiler=something not just spoiler. Otherwise it doesn't work. Then again, page one has a trailer. I'm not sure it counts as spoilers to speculate based on what's seen in the trailer (it would be different if people bring in outside knowledge, though).

Yeah, I had mentioned that a while ago upthread. They'll be having a marathon of the first half of the season beforehand too. Can't wait! :)
