Ok, here are my ratings:

06 Christmas Special

"The Runaway Bride" - 7/10

Season Three

"Smith & Jones" - 8/10 (best opening episode)

"The Shakespeare Code" - 7/10

"Gridlock" - 7/10

"Daleks in New York" - 6/10

"Evolution of the Daleks" - 4/10 (ugh, worst of the lot)

"The Lazarus Experiment" - 6/10

"42" - 6/10

"Human Nature" - 9/10 (a huge boost to the season's quality)

"The Family of Blood" - 9/10

"Blink" - 10/10 (arguably best NuWho episode yet, but also the most innovative and shows that less is more)

"Utopia" - 9/10 (underrated)

"The Sound of Drums" - 7/10

"Last of the Time Lords" - 7/10 (not brilliant, but far from awful)

07 Christmas Special

"Voyage of the Damned" - 6/10 (entertaining trash)

Season Four

"Partners in Crime" - 6/10

"The Fires of Pompeii" - 8/10

"Planet of the Ood" - 7/10

"The Sontaran Stratagem" - 8/10

"The Poisoned Sky" - 8/10 (both episodes a vast improvement for Raynor)

"The Doctor's Daughter" - 7/10

"The Unicorn and the Wasp" - 5/10

"Silence in the Library" - 8/10 (a little meh for Moffat)

"Forest of the Dead" - 9/10

"Midnight" - 10/10

"Turn Left" - 8/10

"The Stolen Earth" - 5/10

"Journey's End" - 6/10 (some great bits, but too much stupid and indulgence)

08 Christmas Special

"The Next Doctor" - 7/10

09 Spring Special

"Planet of the Dead" - 7/10 (steady in quality, but the RTD formula is getting numbing)

"The Runaway Bride" - 9/10 (the best Christmas special)
"Smith and Jones" - 9/10 (the best series opener)
"The Shakespeare Code" - 6/10 (some funny jokes, but a tedious plot)
"Gridlock" - 10/10 (best of the series- the essence of Doctor Who)
"Daleks in Manhattan" - 7/10 (tolerable on its own, but...)
"Evolution of the Daleks" - 5/10 (...the second half's a mess)
"The Lazarus Experiment" - 6/10 (feels like Who on autopilot)
"42" - 7/10 (solid execution of a mediocre script)
"Human Nature" - 7/10 (very much setup)
"The Family of Blood" - 8/10 (chilling, but not as impressive to me overall as it is to some)
"Blink" - 8/10 (great execution of a fun but shallow concept)
"Utopia" - 9/10 (brilliantly structured)
"The Sound of Drums" - 9/10 (John Simm ftw)
"Last of the Time Lords" - 8/10 (not my type of episode, but well put together)

"Voyage of the Damned" - 7/10 (so many great elements, but the whole is unsatisfying)
"Partners in Crime" - 8/10 (the near-miss shtick gets old)
"The Fires of Pompeii" - 7/10 (nice plot; pity about the supporting characters)
"Planet of the Ood" - 7/10 (surprisingly dark for an early-in-the-series episode, but that doesn't make it great)
"The Sontaran Stratagem" - 6/10 (or maybe 7/10)
"The Poison Sky" - 7/10 (or maybe 6/10)
"The Doctor's Daughter" - 6/10 (such a tightly structured script, in aid of nothing much)
"The Unicorn and the Wasp" - 7/10 (some funny jokes, but lacks the great comic rhythm of better scripts; tolerable plot)
"Silence in the Library" - 7/10 (a collection of elements Moffat has used better elsewhere)
"Forest of the Dead" - 7/10 (ditto)
"Midnight" - 10/10 (best of the series)
"Turn Left" - 9/10 (so well-acted all around)
"The Stolen Earth" - 10/10 (my inner eight-year-old just loves it, and that's what Doctor Who is for)
"Journey's End" - 9/10 (my inner eight-year-old still loves it, but my inner adult sees how constructed some of it is)

"The Next Doctor" - 7/10 (does what it's there for, but not a favorite of mine)
"Planet of the Dead" - 7/10 (just gets by, but I think the rushed production hurts it)
