Has anyone heard of them? Is this NTSC? Are all of the special features included?

Definitely bootleg.

Hollywood Studios don't do Region-Free. They insisted on the ability to restrict releases to separate territories, in the first place. Not figuring that geeks would find ways around it, by modifying players anyway.

Also by paying for a bootleg, none of that money will find its way back to the Studio... so their bean counters don't even know how well something is selling. Especially relevant in the case of Enterprise (from my point of view anyway).
