Dukat and Weyoun are better villains than Khan

Agreed on this, but what if we had Dukat, Weyoun AND Khan working together? The Galaxy would tremble in fear...

That's not saying much. That's like saying that there's more energy in an active star than a dying light bulb. I always thought Khan was a pathetic joke of a villain and I'll never understand how people could take him seriously.

That aside, I always enjoyed Weyoun and Dukat; their banter was always fun to watch, and we got some really interesting looks into how both of their minds work. Dukat was always a little..."off", but extremely entertaining. Combs and Alaimo really did fantastic jobs bringing them to life.

So much more depth and substance. Who agrees?
Khan had one episode and one feature film, and Weyoun and Dukat had dozens of hours each to develop, so they damn well should have more depth and substance.

Khan wasn’t really intended to be a character of depth and substance, anyway. He existed mainly as a foil for Kirk.

Dukat and Weyoun had loads more screen time to demonstrate their characterization and development than Khan. Drawing a comparison between multiple seasons of serial television and a single film and a single tv episode is hardly fair. :p

Which only makes it more remarkable how highly regarded Khan is, considering he's not that deep a character. His only good features are his actor and he's an Epic Ham.

Khan is highly regarded because he’s the antagonist in a brilliant film, not because he’s a character of depth and substance. Kind of like General Zod. Come to think of it, they’re basically the same character.

I can hear Kirk now: "Zzzzzzzzoooooodddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Precisely, any villain from a prior Trek episode would have worked. Like how they were going to use Captain Garth before settling on Khan.

Come to think of it, Meyer should just have gotten John Colicos to be in Trek VI as General Kor instead of inventing Chang.

One man's trash is another man's treasure...but yeah, I can see what you mean with that.

Kang could've worked too. We know from Voyager that he was in the neighborhood.

I'd say yes to Dukat being better, but as for Weyoun...he wasn't the deepest character ever, but neither was he meant to be. He was what he was: the duplicitous sycophant of the Founders.

Dukat and Weyoun had a lot more screen time to develop their characters Khan had one episode and a film, I dont think you can make a fair comparison.
