I mean honestly, who didn't see the Twilight-ization in Beastly and Red Riding Hood?

So? What's wrong with making movies for teenage girls?

Not every genre film needs to be aimed at, say, the Comic-Con demographic.

Blame the money that Alice in Wonderland movie with Johnny Depp made.

But that's what I mean. Alice in Wonderland (although I liked the Sci-fi Alice mini-series from last year better) WAS decent effort.

These fad films, like Beastly and the recent Red Riding Hood? Not so much.

I think both these films sound incredibly uninteresting, to me, anyway, but if I was forced to choose, I go with the Theron option. The only real reason is that I am so bloody sick of Julia Roberts that I'm actually starting to hate her.

Julia Roberts has been MIA from movies for a while. Not that I've missed her much. Charlize Theron is a far more interesting actress.

I've honestly never been a fan of the Snow White story in general. Pasty girl lives with midgets and get free food from an old lady. Oh, the horror!
