Dueling realities question

I had this weird thought : Scarlet Witch returns to the US, perhaps still amnesiac, perhaps not, but still not announcing herself. Spidey, whose none too thrilled with Wanda since House Of M (at least that I can recall, the entire Lehnsehr clan was on his list), spots and approaches her, at least to get in her face about the AU he still painfully remembers.

Maybe unconsciously, maybe not, or maybe just to brush him off so as to get where she's going, she uses her powers against him--in this case, only seeking to have him slip off his web-line as he lands, or something. Problem is, Wanda's powers can be very chaotic in nature, and Spidey is already living in a retcon, courtesy of Mephisto and Quesada. In this kind of situation where like situations clash, what wins out? This is purest speculation, natch, but I would like to hear your thoughts.

I would think that Mephisto, as the Official Devil of the Marvel Universe, would trump Wanda's mutant abilities. Have Wanda's powers ever been seen to operate on a world altering scale before House of M?

She was used by Morgan La Fey to change the world into a faux-medieval MU. She reconstituted Wonder Man from total discorporation, once opened a portal into an AU where Vision was never disassembled and her children lived. Those children themselves were created from pieces of Mephisto. Wanda could at least mess with Mephisto's works, though likely not undo them entirely.
