For Odo and the rest
Behold the Founders, many and yet one
Within their mystic sea, their primal home,
Their solace, though the war at last was won
By others, and though they themselves did roam
Across grand galaxies to fight and strive
For that Dominion which they called their own,
Till humans and proud Klingons did arrive
To win the war and leave them spent, alone.
Now past the hour when they dominion sought,
At one once more they find themselves arranged,
Aglow with sense and feeling, time and thought.
They always change, yet they remain unchanged.
This is their trinity: one mind, one soul,
One being that is separate yet whole.
