We had recurring characters for DS9 theme. Was there something like One time memorable character ? A character that appeared in one episode only, even for as little as a minute, but was so great/special/awful that you remember him/her.

We had recurring characters for DS9 theme. Was there something like One time memorable character ? A character that appeared in one episode only, even for as little as a minute, but was so great/special/awful that you remember him/her.
