A Time to... takes place from late 2378 to late 2379.

Um. I just finished A Time to Be Born yesterday, and it quite clearly states that the events in the Boneyard took place in May.

The specifically DS9 books are "Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Volume I: Cardassia, Andor", "Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Volume II: Trill, Bajor", and "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Unity" (paperback reprint).

Among the books which may contain some DS9 continuity is "Star Trek: Tales of the Dominion War"--while it is set pre-finale, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the stories contain elements that may be followed up in later DS9 stories, or which feature some of the DS9 post-finale characters.
