Much credit to 8of5, who does all the work these days...
Anyway, one thing you might not have noticed in the flowchart is that the beginning of the DS9 Relaunch has been collected into two larger publications - Twist of Faith and These Haunted Seas. Twist of Faith contains all the DS9 parts of the Gateways crossover event, and you don't have to read the rest of them. You also can skip the Divided We Fall comic; it's cool but you don't miss anything necessary.
So just get Twist of Faith and These Haunted Seas and continue from there to Mission: Gamma: Cathedral.
(You might also want to read The Lives of Dax and A Stitch In Time. Not necessary, but they're both really great. They can both be kind of considered prologues to the DS9 relaunch proper.)
Chronologically yeah, but narratively it doesn't really have much to do with the other events of the DS9 relaunch; the only significant connection is Ezri being a major character in book two, but skipping it wouldn't really impact your reading of the Relaunch at all, since Qo'noS doesn't really play into any of the Relaunch storylines otherwise.
Yeah the duology doesn't or hasn't contributed much yet, but it has been promoted as a relaunch title (it even has the post-TV series logo on both books) in the past, but just like the "Millenium" trilogy's setup story, it still occurs between "What You Leave Behind" and "Avatar".
