Ezri, anyone who want to can enter avatars as long as they aren't bigger than 120x120, 20 kb for jpg and 60 kb for animated avatars. The next contest begins monday or tuesday next week. :thumbsup:
Agreed! People shouldn't have to audit people they work with. That can't be good for company morale. I hope everything turns out alright in the end!

I don't think you understood me. Lemme explain in more detail.
A contest is currently in progress ( link). Once it's done, the winners will pick the next week's episode, theme and random theme. Then a new thread will be started (like this one) where people will enter their avatars. So for instance, if the episode was "Emissary", your episode avatar would have to be from that episode. Likewise if the theme was "Aliens of DS9" your avatar would have to contain one of the aliens shown on DS9. The random theme avatars don't have to be Ds9 related, though they can be.
Is that more clear?

Each contest usually ends monday afternoon CET, then the winners are announced and can start to decide what theme they want to go with for next week. When they've decided I post the new contest as BigFoot has explained above. :thumbsup:

Yes, The prize of winning the category is to choose the theme for next week. So, the random theme is also chosen by the winner. By the looks of it, DanTheGrey is the one who will choose next week's random theme.
