I didn't even look at the Random Theme since I didn't want to vote in it (since I'm supposed to have an avatar in the running). Otherwise I would've caught that a LOT sooner!

Akiraprise flips a coin whenever there's a tie in the Voy avatar contest. That's one way of solving the current situation without having another poll. The person who don't get to pick this theme could get to pick one whenever a winner of a future contest goes AWOL.
