Interesting thought about imaginary worlds within people's imaginations... where did we leave River Song when she died? Wasn't she existing mentally in an 'imaginary' world of her own creating sustained by the computer and peopled by others who'd been absorbed? What if taht computer is the Pandorica???
And Amy is really Suzanne Pleschette...

Quite frankly I'm a little tired of speculating and am just excited to watch the episodes. I did have a thought though that the 12 year gap somehow plays into this between his first visit to Amelia and when he meets the grown up version again that somehow something happened to him but that was probably just me over thinking things. One thing I do know is that we're going to be discussing what happens to death afterwards!

^ Yeah that's why I've enjoyed this series so much...RTD had THEMES but really "Bad Wolf" and "Torchwood" were really the only "arcs" we got during his run. This is more of a traditional arc that has run the span of the entire series. It's hard to describe but I love the offbeat nature of the series. Everything's been off to me because it's new but still familiar. At least when Chris left and David came aboard we still had Billie and the Tardis was the same. This series has felt vastly different but still fantastic. Despite knowing that I would like Matt and Karen was pretty I wasn't sure if i would like the actual stories told but I've thought with the loan exception of "Victory of the Daleks" they've been good to brilliant.
I bet your right, and if we do see them all it will be something like "send one rep of each race"

I have to admit, it's getting really hard to give a shit about the Daleks or the Cybermen anymore. They just aren't scary when you defeat them all the time.

It's no different from the classic series. On that count, I completely agree. In the classic series, they never appeared every season except during The First and Second Doctor eras. After that, there were nice breaks here and there, although both had one huge gap.
The Daleks: The Second Doctor's season 5 entry The Evil of the Daleks in 1967 to The Third Doctor's season 9 entry Day of the Daleks in 1972.
The Cybermen: The Second Doctor's season 6 entry The Invasion in 1968 to The Fourth Doctor's season 12 entry Revenge of the Cybermen in 1975.
That being said, they were briefly glimpsed in The War Games (both), The Mind of Evil (Cybermen), and Carnival of Monsters (Cybermen), to name a few, during those gaps.
