Dr Who books for 2016

First I've heard about the new Tennant novel by Jenny Colgan. Is this supposed to be this year's "adult" novel?

I'm a bit disappointed there's nothing for the Twelfth Doctor, especially now that we know Doctor Who is taking a break on TV this year. 2009 had a regular batch of Tenth Doctor NSAs and 2012, the closest we came to a gap year during Matt Smith's run had an Eleventh Doctor novel for its adult novel of the year, coincidentally also written by Jenny Colgan.

There are rumors in the publishing world that Moffat is the reason for the diminished NSA line the past few years. I think it's possible that, since he was on his way out the door when the 2016 novels would have been commissioned (until he wasn't), he's the reason why there aren't any on the schedule.
