Finally managed to watch Act I (and, lucky me, Act II right afterward). Absolute brilliance, as I was expecting. All three leads are fantastic, and the songs are great. Bring on Act III!

I love this...it REEKS of "Once More With Feeling" in some ways, but that's a scent that only smells sweet.

Fillion really seems to have "beefed up" quite a bit. Is it muscle or just weight gain?

Act Two's humor felt a little less subtle, not quite as overt, to me, but this whole thing is progressing quite nicely. Fillion's performance of Hammer's uneasiness in the soup kitchen was one of the two comedic highlights of this act, I thought; the other one being Horrible's replay of the LAPD/Hammer ambush and the loss of his freeze ray. The move into more serious territory was fitting as Dr Horrible continues his quest to join the Evil League of Evil, particularly as he feels Penny slipping further and further from his reach. So far this is one fantastic new project and I really hope it proves successful enough to result in similar future projects, especially any follow-ups to this specific one. I'd love to see these characters again, assuming that's an option once Act Three wraps.

This is just speculation but I'm expecting Penny to kill Captain Hammer with the trans-matter ray turning him into dust and Dr. Horrible gets credit for it.

Finally saw it just a few minutes ago and loved it! Laughed my ass off in the first act, I agree about the comments with the second act, the last song was amazing. I assume that Zed and Zach are Joss's brothers? Felica Day is hot and reminds me of Allison...wonder if she was first approached? Neil Patrick Harris is the BOMB in this and Nathan is great as always. Looking forward to seeing the final act and getting the DVD when it comes out. I wonder if there are plans to release a soundtrack? Maybe on I-Tunes?
