Now that Joss has signed on to direct and rewrite "The Avengers" and supposedly the "Captain America: First Avenger" script I thought it would be fun to speculate about the future of a possible Dr. Horrible theatrical film. I was reading last week a story posted on IMDB that Neil Patrick Harris stated he thought a filming window could open for him during summer hiatus for "How I Met Your Mother". We know that Zack Whedon, Jed Whedon, andhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maurissa_Tancharoen Maruissa Tancharoen along with Joss so the three of them could write a full length screenplay without Joss...maybe have him as a consultant. Nathan Fillion maybe could reprise his role as Captain Hammer. Felica Day has stated that she'd like the sequel to focus on the Evil League of Evil and I agree with her. I'd like to see Dr. Horrible's exploits with the League be one of the plot points of the film. What does everyone else think?
