Download html for widget?

Hi,
Ive just started a website for a small bussiness I run. Its for a recording studio that I own and operate. I wanted to get an online guitar tuner thing on my site. I know its gotta be html. But I dont know where to get one. I wouldnt know how to build one from scratch but would rather find a place online that has them where you can just dl the html...
Is there anything like that out there?
