Domino's Pizza. Is their pizza any good?

I've actually had Totino's frozen pizza that was better than some I've gotten from Domino's, Pizza Hut and Little Caesar's.
They're really cheap but one of my favorite toppings is sausage and Totino's is one of the few that has sausage by itself and not a bunch of other meats.

Dominos is okay--we have several good local joints that I prefer (and one that makes fabulous jojos!!) so i don't get them often. But it's passable pizza. I like the thin crust Hawaiian.

It's a subject of great debate. Hawaiian pizza is delightful, in my opinion, particularly the ham + bacon + pineapple variety.

I exaggerate how much I don't like it for comic effect but I really don't like pineapple on pizza. But anchovies are worse.

Once in a while I'll use anchovies. But only the refrigerated white-fleshed deli style anchovies or whatever they're called, not the canned ones. The biggest difference is that the canned ones are packed in salt for ten months before canning. That also changes the color to brown. The first kind are just lightly brined before being packed in oil and vinegar. So they're not pungent little fishy salt bombs. They add a nice umami touch that doesn't overwhelm the flavor profile of the pizza.

Do people seriously hate pineapple on pizza or is it just some meme like gingers not having souls? I've always liked Hawaiian pizzas.

Cold pineapple chunks on their own are manna, even in yogurt if that's your thing. On a pizza tho, a vile concoction. I believe that enough to make my own memes on the subject.

Outside of cheese and more cheese (and of course tomato sauce), the only non meat I'll let within a mile of a pizza would be mushrooms. Even when I make a Digiornos or Bellatoria frozen pie, I put a 4oz jar of shrooms on them.

I think it's gross but I don't actually care if anyone else enjoys it. My sister loves Hawaiian pizza. It's just a hyperbolic joke like the extreme hating on pumpkin spice or Nickelback.

There was a time when our Dominos was pretty decent, middle of the road average, but the past few months I can't stomach it anymore. It doesn't taste good, it causes stomach troubles, it raises my blood sugar more than it should, making me suspect they add sugar to their crust like Pizza Hut does (which I can't stand Pizza Hut). Unfortunately, they're the only delivery pizza these days, as the others move over to DoorDash rather than delivery driver, which means credit card rather than cash.

Interesting. Thanks for the info, I've always kinda wondered about anchovies on pizza. I might actually try this on one of our homemade pizzas (which are superior to all bought pizzas IMO). How did anchovies on pizza ever even become a thing?

Love Dominos in the UK, alas no anchovies (indeed they're very rare)

I did manage to go to a pizza place in Glasgow during cop26, they had two pizzas with anchovies on, I had the one with capers etc, but they had one which was just anchovies - very tempting, especially if you can add pineapple on too.

Probably from a small Italian fishing village ;)

Also, one time ended up with pears on a pizza. To be fair, the owner of the shop was not a native English speaker.

These days it is either my husband's home made pizza which is really good or a take a bake pizza from Papa Murphy's. Do any of you do the take a bake? I have never really compared a take and bake to a delivered pizza, but I still think I would like the take and bake better. But it has been a long time since any delivered pizza has come my way.

We alternate between my homemade and Murphy's.
