I had saw this about a month ago and forgot to post it here, but this guy sure does look like our very own Miles O'Brien.
It's a YouTube clip from the 10th Anniversery concert of Les Misérables and the American singer singing Val Jean is a dead ringer for Miles. His name is Craig Shulman and he appears at about 2:20, with the other Val Jean's from across the world.

However, it was a great clip and you got a lot of people to listen to a bit of one of the best Broadway soundtracks of all time, IMHO. Thanks for sharing.
