Does this mean I've been banned from a site?

I keep trying to access Troll Kingdom ( ) but keep getting this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I get the same thing. The server's probably messed up.

Just looking at it, there is an auto-redirect on the index.htm file sending it /forum where seemingly nothing exists. Seems there files are not there, for instance if you do this, http://www.trollkingdom.net/images/ it brings you to a blank directory.

Could be anything, a server crash, a server move, deliberate deletion, file moving. They do also own the .com version so maybe they are moving the forum from the .net to the .com. Again, who knows you will have to ask them. Im not sure if there owners come by here so this may not be the place to ask.

This is the perfect place to ask...

There has been a server move. It just took longer than I expected. I had a great story all thought out about the NSA and FBI and CIA and the local dogcatcher, but then realized people might actually believe it.
