Does Nog have a moogie?

I admit Nog is not a character that I have ever paid a tremendous amount of attention to, but I just got to thinking, who is his mother? How did he end up on DS9 with just his dad? Did he ever get much of a backstory?

Nog's mother was named Prinadora; Rom and her father signed a contract for marriage, only for Rom to fall in love and blindly sign an extension, giving Prinadora's dad legal control of all Rom's money (it was fine print he didn't read). Prinadora left him (or was directed to by her dad, this being the Ferengi), and Rom took young Nog to DS9 basically to beg for work from Quark.

His mother was Prinadora. From the Memory Alpha article about her:

Prinadora was a Ferengi female, the first – and former – wife of Rom and mother of Nog.
Rom's first marriage began when he signed a standard five-year contract with Prinadora's father to produce a child. He then made the mistake of falling in love with his wife. As a result, he signed an extension to the contract without reading the fine print, allowing Prinadora's father to cheat him of all his money. Prinadora eventually left him for a richer man. (DS9: "Doctor Bashir, I Presume")
In 2373, Rom expressed concern that after marrying Leeta, she might end up behaving as Prinadora had. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

She appeared in Satisfaction is not Guaranteed, the Ferenginar portion of the book Worlds of Deep Space Nine, Book Three.
