Does anyone know what episode this still is from?

I'm trying to figure out what episode this still of TNG is from. I could probably narrow it down to a specific season but not to a specific episode. I know the still doesn't make it the easiest episode to pin down, but any help would be much appreciated.

A Google image search (and Memory Alpha) seems to indicate the still is from "Menage a Troi".

It can't be that episode. Just saw a clip of that episode on Youtube to remind myself which one it was and Wesley still has his grey uniform in that while he has his red ensign uniform in the still.

Wes is promoted at the end of the episode. The still is one of the last shots of the episode before it ends, just after he comes to the bridge for the first time wearing the new red uniform and is greeted by the encouraging smiles of the rest of the crew.

Not entirely true, Wesley gets his red uniform at the end of this episode, right in the final moments when he exits the turbolift so this still can indeed be from "Menage a Troi".

Alright, calm down. If you got the picture from the internet it's possible somebody (even memory alpha) might have accidentally attributed it to the wrong episode. My mistake.

Thanks everyone! Sorry for my confusion earlier. I haven't seen the episode in a long time, and I thought it ended with the Enterpise warping off immediately after saving Lwaxana.

Was just a pit perplexed that somebody would doubt two different people posting the same episode with one even showing you the same pic linked from a site which basically has screen-caped most of Trek, that's all.

And I apologize for getting a little snippy with you. It just seemed like you were getting unnecessarily angry with me. Sorry I misinterpreted you. Not being able to read tones as easily is one of the downsides to the internet.
