Does anyone here believe the Moon Landings were fake?

It was the Cold War. Russian tracking would have called them out immediately. End of...
And you can see images of the sites, where the rovers went, etc: https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/LRO/news/apollo-sites.html

There were also laser reflectors left on the moon by Apollo for scientific testing on earth. Those are still in use. No one argues how they got there.

I used to think that people who thought the landings were faked were simply misinformed but after all the evidence against this bizarre myth I can only state that people who still believe this a stupid people.

adjective
  1. 1.
having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense.

From everything I can understand of that defintition and the mountain of evidence, as well as first hand accounts from people I've talked who saw the launches, if a person believes the moon landings were fake, they fit the definition of stupid, and without attempting to insult, they are stupid people. Perhaps in time there will be a stupid-positive movement, so that people who recognize they are stupid can get some kind of respect for somehow persisting without common sense in a rational world. In the meantime, I'd like them to go to the moon, sans spacesuit.

Ah, but those are NASA fake images !

;)
I don't know what you are viewing those images on but on my phone they could be pictures of a painting, or the bottom of a galvanized bucket.
Those images are no more proof of a moon landing than 'wengardium leviosa' in a Harry Potter movie.
I still say that in 50 years we should have made progress not regressed.

Oh goody. That cleared it up.

Don't you think China will be next up to get someone back to the moon? I think their space program is surpassing our own or at least I heard that. Not sure if it was true.

I think commercial is running rings around everyone right now. China's human spaceflight program is very slow and methodical, but that could change rapidly if the political will is there for it.

SpaceX BFR/BFS if it gets built, and there's no reason to think it won't, is far far ahead of anything realistically close to happening that there's just no comparison. Even Falcon Heavy, which wont have much reason to exist, after BFR, is far ahead of anything else existing now. I hate to sound like the usual SpaceX fanboy, but they really are that advanced. Blue Origin might catch up. Bezos is an O'Neillian. He knows what needs to be done. So, they'll have competition. Still, there's no government program that can come close to what is being worked on in Hawthorne. Musk is talking Mars colony in 10 years, and that's not absurd. Likely delayed a few years, but not absurd. I remember an employee from SpaceX saying a decade ago "if you knew what we were working on, you would think we were crazy" or words to that effect. Not so much, now.

Only thing that can maybe bring down Musk is weed. DIdn't their stock fall after his visit to the Joe Rogan show and one guy quit. All of which sounds about as stupid as you can get.
