Doctor Who Universe connected in Eureka? (SPOILERS and whatnot)

Don't know if any of you still watch Eureka, I do, I am loving this season and the changes they've made in the timeline. Well, this past Friday's episode had a reference in it to Doctor Who, which could place Eureka in the Doctor Who universe, now there's an interesting cross over.

In the last episode, Zane was hacking into the Pentagon for our characters that have changed the past, and he says: "Anything else you'd like to know... (lists some things)... TARDIS Blueprints? "

So either he was making a joke, about the TARDIS Blueprints, or, they Pentagon really does have them in this universe. Either way, it was a cool reference in the episode.

Would be cool, they already are connected to Warehouse 13. That said Doctor Who's universe is a bit more extreme with the earth being very exposed to aliens and invasions and such so it make the connection very unlikly

This show has had plenty of characters making genre in-jokes before, like Fargo quoting the Terminator (twice already just this season) and saying "frak." I'm sure it was just the Zane character making a geeky wisecrack.

After all, in the actual Doctor Who universe, there's no way in hell the Pentagon could have TARDIS blueprints. The technology is far beyond human comprehension, the Doctor would never have let the military study it closely (he rarely let anyone from UNIT inside even when he was their scientific advisor for five years running), and since it's essentially an organic machine that periodically changes form, it probably doesn't even have blueprints.

Besides, Doctor Who isn't on Syfy anymore, it's on BBC America. So there's no chance of a serious crossover.
