Chapter 11 will make you cry.

Chapter 11 didn't make me cry but it was sad. It's actually really, really good. At least I thought so. There don't really appear to be any series 7b spoilers in it (and if you read it as though Amy actually wrote it, which is obviously how it's written, there's no way there possibly could be).

Obviously written for kids but I got a kick out of it.

Question is: did Amy simply make this story up? Or is it based on an adventure the Doctor once had, which he must have recounted to her, and she then used as the basis for her children's book?
